MiniMax-H3 INT8 ConvRot

English

面向 ComfyUI-RH-MiniMax-H3 的 MiniMax-H3 转换权重。本仓库是完整 ComfyUI 模型包：INT8 ConvRot DiT / 文本 编码器、合并后的 VAE、FL2VA / Ref2VA 配置，以及可选 turbo LoRA。

同一完整包镜像在 ModelScope。 请只从一个来源下载。完整快照约 99 GiB，建议预留至少 120 GiB 磁盘空间。

下载中断或仓库更新后，重新执行同一条命令即可续传或更新。对于内存不低于 64 GiB 的高带宽机器，可在 hf download 前添加 HF_XET_HIGH_PERFORMANCE=1。

插件会自动识别这份完整转换包；旧目录 ComfyUI/models/MiniMax-H3 仍然兼容。

可选 Turbo LoRA

需要更少采样步数时，在模型加载节点中选择其中一个 turbo LoRA。 不选 LoRA 则使用基础转换权重。
