docs: voice cloning is supported — Mimi encoders are included (fixes FluidAudio#877)

The card said cloning weights were not included. The English Mimi encoders (mimi_encoder*.mlmodelc) have shipped at the root, and per-language mimi_encoderv3 packs landed with FluidAudio PR #871. Point readers at the encoders and the cloneVoice() / --clone-voice entry points.
Merging: encoders have shipped since FluidAudio #871.
