Make refresh_character_thumb_image robust to incorrect inputs

Change refresh_character_thumb_image to accept variable args and validate input count; when wrong number of inputs is received it logs a message and returns placeholder thumbnails and a refresh prompt. Also normalize whitespace/newline in app.py. This makes the thumbnail refresh handler tolerant of Gradio passing old/extra inputs.

Remove unused lib.js/JS return from init

Stop loading lib.js and remove the JavaScript return value from init(). scripts/lib.py no longer builds lib_js_path or reads js_script, and now returns (character_list, character_list_cn, LANG, css_script, anima_character_list, anima_character_list_cn). app.py was updated to unpack init() accordingly (removed JAVA_SCRIPT) and the stray commented middleware line was removed. This prevents attempting to load/return an unused/nonexistent JS asset and cleans up unused variables.
